Green Mountain Cabaret is celebrating 12 years as Vermont's own Neo-Burlesque troupe and production company. Since 2012, the cabaret and its troupe, the Sugar Shakers, have been bringing burlesque into the 21st century all while the fun happens through a body liberation lens that highlights consent.

Green Mountain Cabaret is opening our stage to rising Burlesque talent bringing back our annual Newcomers Showcase on November 9th. For some it may be the first time, others may have a few acts under their shimmy belt. Either way, our newcomers are ready to take the spotlight in an evening of fun and friendly competition. Many local favorites have participated in this event, going on to entertain as a staple in the Vermont Burlesque community and beyond.
